While cleaning the shop we found an old inventory box and this goes back to mid 2014.  So I decided to clean these up and toss come color on them.  We call them tactical letter openers and they do not come with a sheath.  Titanium is a pretty strong metal but when thin like this it's not like knife steel.  We don't advise on taking these outside to play.  Great for small tasks and a convo starter on the desk.  Retail is 149.00 on these, discounted to 99.37 because of the sheath being absent.
