Some of our favorite little daily carry tools.  Here we have a OD GREEN frame lock scalpel that uses #24 replacement blades.  We have to admit we carry the titanium version in every vehicle and all around our shop.  Other than a pry bar this is our favorite tool and it gets the most miles of use.
